Oven Fried Chicken
Oven Fried Chicken uses buttermilk-soaked chicken strips coated in a seasoned flour and panko breadcrumb mix, baked over melted butter until crispy and cooked through. The method mimics fried chicken texture with a crunchy crust and tender interior, using the oven instead of frying oil.
