Ingredients
- 14 oz smoked turkey sausage
- 1 lb mini potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450.
- Use a knife and cutting board to slice the sausage into ¼" thick slices. Then, dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the oil, salt and pepper to a large bowl, stirring to combine. Add the sliced sausage and diced potatoes, stirring to combine again.
- Spread the seasoned sausage and potatoes onto a greased sheet pan. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
