Over Hard Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium low heat.
  2. Heat the butter until it starts to foam.
  3. Crack the eggs directly into the pan.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the white portions of the eggs start to get firm but the yolks are still a bit runny.
  5. Carefully flip the eggs and cook for 2-3 more minutes until the yolk is fully cooked through.
  6. Remove the eggs from the pan.  Season them with salt and pepper if you prefer and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure that the pan does not get too hot when cooking.  The eggs are best if they cook slowly.
