Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats old-fashioned
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4-8 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup PLAIN yogurt or vanilla yogurt, of choice
  • 2 cups frozen fruit blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc, or mixed berries
  • 2-3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the milk, maple syrup, and yogurt.
  2. Add the old-fashioned rolled oats, chia seeds, and frozen fruit/berries. Mix until well combined.
  3. Put the mixture into the fridge in a large airtight container (or individual containers) for at least 4 hours but preferably overnight.
  4. When ready to enjoy, stir well and add any desired toppings.
