Overnight Oats with Frozen Fruit is a no-cook breakfast combining rolled oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and frozen mixed berries. Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats old-fashioned
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups milk
- 4-8 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup PLAIN yogurt or vanilla yogurt, of choice
- 2 cups frozen fruit blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc, or mixed berries
- 2-3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the milk, maple syrup, and yogurt.
- Add the old-fashioned rolled oats, chia seeds, and frozen fruit/berries. Mix until well combined.
- Put the mixture into the fridge in a large airtight container (or individual containers) for at least 4 hours but preferably overnight.
- When ready to enjoy, stir well and add any desired toppings.
