Ingredients
- ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup milk I like unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup vanilla Greek Yogurt full-fat or 2%
Instructions
- Add oats, milk and vanilla yogurt into a bowl or mason jar. Stir well to combine. Seal the container with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
- Take the container out of the fridge the next morning and stir the mixture, adding more milk if desired.
- Add toppings of choice and enjoy!

- If you don't have vanilla Greek yogurt, you can use plain Greek yogurt, but you might want to add a dash of vanilla extract and hint of sweetener like maple syrup or honey.
