Overnight Oats with Yogurt

These overnight oats with yogurt are easy to make with just 3 simple ingredients! They're super creamy, packed with protein and perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk I like unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek Yogurt full-fat or 2%

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add oats, milk and vanilla yogurt into a bowl or mason jar. Stir well to combine. Seal the container with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
  2. Take the container out of the fridge the next morning and stir the mixture, adding more milk if desired.
  3. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you don't have vanilla Greek yogurt, you can use plain Greek yogurt, but you might want to add a dash of vanilla extract and hint of sweetener like maple syrup or honey.
