Pa amb tomaquet, a cousin of bruschetta, is a very simple traditional dish from Andorra that is typically served with ham, cheese, sausages or vegetables.

Ingredients
- Rustic bread (or baguette)
- 2 garlic cloves , halved
- 3 tomato ripe
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Instructions
- Cut the bread into slices of about ½ inch (1cm)
- Toast the bread in a toaster or under the broiler at 400F/200C for a few minutes.
- Rub garlic on bread.
- Cut tomatoes in halves. Rub onto bread slices.
- Drizzle olive oil over bread. Salt to taste.
