Ingredients

  • 10.5 ounces seafood
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2.8 yard long beans slice diagonally
  • 1 red spur chilies to taste
  • 1.5 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon white sugar
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Place a wok or skillet over medium heat. Add oil and sauté the red curry paste until fragrant.
  2. Add the seafood, gently stir-frying it until fully cooked, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Mix in the remaining ingredients, stirring gently until well combined, the sugar has dissolved, and the beans are tender to your preference. Serve immediately.
