Ingredients
- 5 pakoras
- 1 russet potato
- 2 tbsp sriracha lime seasoning
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400F
- Slice your russet potato thinly and coat with oil and sriracha lime seasoning (or seasoning of your choice).
- Place your pakoras and potatoes in the oven and let it bake for 15 minutes, flipping them over at the half way mark.
- Serve with a side of greens and tomato sauce (or ketchup)
