Palak Gosht

Palak Gosht combines tender lamb cooked with fresh spinach and aromatic spices to create a rich, hearty curry. The dish balances the earthy flavors of spinach with the robust taste of lamb, enhanced by cumin seeds, garlic, and fenugreek leaves. Slow cooking allows the meat to become tender while the spinach softens and melds into the sauce. Palak Gosht is commonly served with chapatti, making it a satisfying meal option.
