Paleo chocolate peanut banana bread
Nutty and not-to-sweet, this chocolate peanut banana bread recipe takes the classic peanut butter chocolate flavour combination and bakes it into a loaf. Reese's cups banana bread, anyone? Paleo, gluten-free and sugar-free.

Ingredients
- 3 banana mashed
- 3 egg large
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 15 liquid sweetener drops or 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 2 cups almond flour
- ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cup peanut chopped
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- 20 g chocolate for drizzling, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Roast peanuts in oven for 5 mins, taking care not to burn.
- Pulse together bananas, eggs, vanilla, liquid sweetener, and coconut oil in a food processor
- Pulse in almond flour, salt, and baking soda
- Pour batter into a greased and lined loaf pan
- Bake at 350°F for one hour
- Let cool for 1 hour. For the ultimate treat, drizzle with melted chocolate on top.
