Paleo Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp ginger peeled and grated, fresh
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp tapioca flour

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat to medium-high in a saucepan and bring teriyaki sauce to a full boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
