Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops about 1-inch thick, boneless
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add pork chops to the skillet, and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.
