Ingredients

  • 2 lb cod fillet
  • 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet with butter on a medium heat.
  2. Season cod generously on all sides. Add the fillets to the skillet. Cook until it's golden brown, then turn it over.
  3. Sprinkle the cod with lemon juice and green onions. Serve it right away.
