- 3 medium sized zucchini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Slice the Zucchini.
- In a large skillet, drizzle olive oil.
- Add Slices of zucchini and minced garlic.
- Heat over medium-high heat.
- Season liberally with salt and pepper.
- Let cook for about 3-5 minutes stirring frequently until starting to brown.
- Remove them right before they are how you like them. Zucchini will continue to cook as it sits.
- Serve.
