Pan Fried Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 3 medium sized zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Slice the Zucchini.
  2. In a large skillet, drizzle olive oil.
  3. Add Slices of zucchini and minced garlic.
  4. Heat over medium-high heat.
  5. Season liberally with salt and pepper.
  6. Let cook for about 3-5 minutes stirring frequently until starting to brown.
  7. Remove them right before they are how you like them. Zucchini will continue to cook as it sits.
  8. Serve.
