Ingredients

  • 1 lb chanterelle mushroom
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme chopped, fresh
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean chanterelle mushrooms and slice them into smaller pieces.
  2. Add butter and oil into a skillet over medium-high heat. Once melted, add onion. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Add chanterelle mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until golden and crispy on the edges.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add thyme and garlic. Cook for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve warm and enjoy!
