Pan Seared Scallops

This recipe features dry sea scallops pan-seared in a mix of butter and olive oil with simple seasoning of salt and pepper. After a quick sear on both sides for a minute each to develop a golden crust, garlic is added briefly to infuse flavor before removing from heat. The result is scallops with a delicate texture and rich buttery taste enhanced by garlic aroma.
