- ¾ cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together milk, butter, and egg. Add sugar, then gradually beat in the flour. Carefully stir in the baking powder and salt.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve!
