Pancetta Pear Pizza
This easy pizza recipe is topped with pancetta & pears, a delicious combination of salty & sweet, perfect for dinner any night of the week!
Ingredients
- 13.8 oz pizza dough can
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pear thinly sliced
- ½ cup pancetta diced
- 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 4 oz mozzarella balls
- 1 tbsp basil chopped, fresh
- 2 tbsp Balsamic reduction
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spread the pizza dough out on a baking stone.
- Brush with the olive oil, then top with the sliced pears, diced pancetta, sliced garlic, mozzarella balls and fresh basil.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then drizzle with the balsamic reduction.
