Papaya Margarita
This exotic tropical papaya margarita is cool, refreshing, and loaded with citrus juices. The jalapeño slices give a slight zing. The rim is sweet with honey and tangy and spicy with a salty, chile powder-rim.

Notes
- For this recipe, I used El Mayor. I selected añejo, which is aged for 18 to 36 months and smooth enough for slow sipping. The flavor of this tequila is very mild with a sweet hint of caramel and combines beautifully with tropical fruits.
