Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly distribute the breadcrumb mixture over the top of each fillet, pressing lightly to adhere.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the breadcrumb topping is golden and the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Serve the salmon immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing.
