- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ⅔ cup freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Transfer to a storage container and keep refrigerated for up to one week.
