Parmesan Potatoes Recipe

These roasted Parmesan Potatoes are perfectly crisp on the outside with a melt-in-your-mouth center.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • pinch Sea salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Clean the potatoes under running water, cut them in half, and score the potatoes using a small sharp knife.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and halved potatoes. Season with dried oregano and salt and pepper. Stir to coat the potatoes.
  3. Spread the potatoes out on a baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and crispy, about 35 minutes.
  4. Remove the potatoes from the oven and serve.
