Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds broccoli cut into evenly-sized florets
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 garlic minced, cloves
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
