Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the green beans in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  4. Add in the parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Toss to coat.
  6. Spread green beans on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  7. Roast for 15-20 minutes; stirring halfway through.
