Pasta Gremolata
The easiest Pasta Gremolata you'll ever make! Flavorful, simple and ready in less than 15 minutes!
Ingredients
- ½ cup parsley minced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- lemon plus the juice of 1 lemon, coarsely grated zest of 2
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- kosher salt to taste, freshly ground
- black pepper to taste, freshly ground
- 1 pound pasta
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the parsley, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss the gremolata with the pasta until well coated. Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can also use a blender to make the gremolata, if you prefer.
