Paula Deen Corn Casserole Recipe

Are you on the lookout for something different to serve at your next holiday gathering? This corn casserole from Paula Deen is the answer! It bakes up beautifully in the oven, so your hands are free to prepare the other dishes on the menu, and all you need are six ingredients including a box of corn muffin mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8.5 oz box)
  • 1 can creamed corn (14.75 oz can)
  • 1 can whole kernel sweet corn drained
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients except for the cheese. Mix well.
  3. Place the mixture into the casserole dish and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
  4. Top with cheese. Bake for an additional 10-15 until the top is golden.
  5. Let the casserole cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
