Paula Deen Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8.5 oz box)
- 1 can creamed corn (14.75 oz can)
- 1 can whole kernel sweet corn drained
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients except for the cheese. Mix well.
- Place the mixture into the casserole dish and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
- Top with cheese. Bake for an additional 10-15 until the top is golden.
- Let the casserole cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
