PB&J Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cashew or almond milk
  • ½ cup of rolled oats steel cut oats work also, but will be chewy
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
topping-
  • 1 Tbsp all natural peanut butter

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. combine the milk, oats, berries, and honey in a mason jar, cover and shake well
  2. refrigerate overnight
  3. when ready to serve top oats with more milk if needed, and 1 Tbsp of peanut butter
