Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads (such as Stonefire Naan bread)
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 6-8 ounces fresh mozzarella (sliced)
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2-3 Fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- fresh basil leaves (chopped or cut into ribbons)
- balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread. Top with fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheese.
- Layer peaches all over the flatbread. Bake on baking sheet or pizza stone for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
- Drizzle honey all over the flatbread pizza. Sprinkle with fresh basil. If so desired, drizzle balsamic glaze all over the flatbread.
