Ingredients

  • 4 peaches , ripe, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups strawberries , hulled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 8 ounces Ciliegine Mozzarella cheese balls
  • 1/4 cup basil chiffonade, fresh
Balsamic Dressing
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add the peaches, strawberries, blueberries, mozzarella balls, and basil to a large bowl.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Slowly pour in the olive oil while whisking vigorously.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and very gently toss to coat.
