- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (70 grams)
- 1/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt, frozen into cubes (2 oz)
- 1 tbsp Cellucor vanilla casein protein
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (use more as needed to blend) (2 oz)
Peach Layer
- 1 cup frozen peach slices (150 grams)
- 1/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt, frozen into cubes (2 oz)
- 1 tbsp Cellucor vanilla casein protein
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (use more as needed to blend) (2 oz)
Vanilla Layer
- 1/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt, frozen into cubes (2 oz)
- 1 tbsp Cellucor vanilla casein protein
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, (use more as needed to blend) (2 oz)
- 3-5 large ice cubes
- Optional: whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Blend each layer separately, then angle serving glass and layer different colors into glass. Top with whipped cream if desired.
