Peach Dump Cake
Gooey peach dump cake takes a classic peach cobbler and makes it with cake mix for an easy, warm peach dessert perfect for an easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 3 cans peach 2 cans with juice, 1 can drained, 15 ounces
- 15.25 ounces yellow cake mix dry
- ¾ teaspoon cinnamon divided
- 8 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 pan with spray oil. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour two cans of peaches with juice and one can drained peaches into the prepared pan. Sprinkle peaches with ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix together brown sugar, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and salt and set to the side.
- Dump the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the peaches. Spread lightly and but evenly with a spatula.
- Slice butter into thin pats. Place butter all over the cake, covering as much cake mix surface as possible.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture all over butter evenly.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until the cake is lightly browned on top and bubbly around the edges. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve and enjoy.
