Peach Milkshake with Vanilla Bean

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches peeled and diced
  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 3-4 tbsp milk
  • seeds from a vanilla bean (optional)
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place the peeled and chopped peaches into a blender then add a few scoops of vanilla ice cream and the milk.
  2. Split the vanilla bean pod in half lengthwise, scrape the vanilla seeds out of each half with the back of the knife, and place them into the blender.
  3. Finally, add a pinch of cinnamon, put the lid on the blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into serving glasses–I used fancy champagne flutes to make the milkshakes extra special. Serve immediately with spoons and straws. Enjoy.
