Peach Milkshake with Vanilla Bean

Ingredients
- 3 peaches peeled and diced
- 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 3-4 tbsp milk
- seeds from a vanilla bean (optional)
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Place the peeled and chopped peaches into a blender then add a few scoops of vanilla ice cream and the milk.
- Split the vanilla bean pod in half lengthwise, scrape the vanilla seeds out of each half with the back of the knife, and place them into the blender.
- Finally, add a pinch of cinnamon, put the lid on the blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into serving glasses–I used fancy champagne flutes to make the milkshakes extra special. Serve immediately with spoons and straws. Enjoy.
