Peach Paloma Punch
A traditional paloma cocktail consists of grapefruit soda, lime juice, and tequila. My recipe includes sweet peaches for a delicious summer variation on a classic combination.

Ingredients
- 1 cup peach juice or nectar
- 1 cup Exotico tequila blanco
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 liter Squirt
Garnishes
- 1 lime sliced
- 1/2 grapefruit sliced
- 2 peaches sliced
Instructions
- Rub rim of a glass with a lime wedge. Pour some raw sugar or coarse salt out onto a plate and rub the rim of the glass in the sugar or salt to coat.
- In a punch bowl, filled with ice, combine peach juice, tequila, lime juice, and grapefruit soda; stir well. Garnish with slices of peaches, limes, and grapefruit.
- Serve in rimmed glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a wedge of lime, grapefruit, or peach.

Notes
- Freeze citrus. Freeze lime and grapefruit slices to chill punch.
- Taste and adjust. Taste and adjust to find the perfect balance of flavors you love. If you prefer a stronger paloma, add an extra splash of tequila.
- If it’s too strong, let the ice melt. If your paloma tastes too strong, let it sit in ice to dilute or add an extra splash of grapefruit soda to your glass.
- Grapefruit soda. If you cannot find Squirt, Jarritos, and Fresca are grapefruit sodas that are easy to find. For a stronger grapefruit flavor, try a craft soda like Izze.
- No grapefruit soda? Substitute with 2 cups of grapefruit juice and 2 cups of sparkling water.
- Smaller portion. If you don’t want to make 12 servings, you can easily make this in a pitcher and halve the recipe.
