Ingredients

  • 3-4 3-4 large peaches peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1 1 cup yogurt optional
  • 1 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add peaches to the container of a blender. Add maple syrup or honey and/ or yogurt, if using. Blend for about 30 seconds or until completely smooth. Remove the lid to the blender and add ice. Return the lid and blend for about 30 more seconds until smoothie is completely smooth and no ice chunks remain.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.
