Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups low fat milk
  • 2 large peaches (pitted and diced)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • chopped walnuts (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store in an air-tight container and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Serve with diced peaches and chopped walnuts if you wish.
