Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie
Creamy and tasty low fat smoothie makes a quick meal or in between energy pick up during any time of day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water unsweetened, or almond milk
- 1 vanilla protein powder for serving
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder I used PB2 or 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1 cup raspberry
- 1/2 - 1 cup ice optional
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until blended. Enjoy!
