Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Start heating the waffle iron.
  2. Put all the ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender.
  3. Blend well until smooth.
  4. Add chocolate chips and fold using a spatula.
  5. Pour some of the batter in the waffle iron per instructions of the iron (it's usually 1/3 cup batter) and cook the waffles.
  6. Serve with maple syrup or any syrup/sauce of your choice.
