Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter unsalted
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter creamy
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour all-purpose
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Cream butter, oil and sugars in stand mixer (or with hand mixer in a bowl). Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
- Add baking soda, salt, baking powder, vanilla and flour and mix until incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chips, and scoop onto lightly greased baking sheet. Add any chips on top, if needed, before baking.
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
