Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Keto Cookie Dough

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Keto Cookie Dough is a tasty Keto treat that tastes like actual cookie dough!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 /4 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 /4 cup brown sugar substitute (like Monkfruit)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar substitute (like Monkfruit)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 /4 cup coconut flour
  • 3/4 /4 cup vanilla protein powder (see note)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (we use Adam's)
  • 1/4 /4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk (or milk of choice, or cream)
  • 1/2 /2 cup sugar free chocolate chips (I like Lily's)

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla together in a mixer. 
  2. Add the coconut flour, vanilla protein powder, peanut butter, and salt; mix together.  Add the milk until you have reached a doughy consistency (results will vary based on brand of protein powder). 
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips. Form into balls. Store in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

  • Were calculated using Hlth Code Protein Powder.
  • You can use any vanilla protein powder you like. Here are a few we've used.
  • Yes. We have tested this. Although there isn't an egg in these you can bake these. Bake at 350 degrees F for 6-8 minutes. Let cool slightly on the pan. Eat warm.
