Peanut Butter & Chocolate No-Bake Granola Energy Bites
No bake energy bites that taste like a cross between your three favorite cookies: Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Raisin. The addition of flax meal kick up the flavor and the good-for-you-factor!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed meal
- 1/3 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix until they are fully combined.
- Press the mixture down into the bowl.
- Cover with saran wrap.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours at least.
- Using a 2 tbsp scoop measure, scoop mixture into balls and roll into a circle.
