- 1/4 cup honey yogurt or vanilla greek yogurt, Greek Goddess brand
- 1/4 cup half and half fat free or 1% milk
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter creamy
- 2 tsp cocoa powder my low calorie blend, after workout, or 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 banana optional, ripe
- ice
