Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 ½ cups AP flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar together, about 1 minute.
- Add the peanut butter and cream together until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add the egg, milk and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
- mix until just combined and all the flour is incorporated.
- Scoop 1-inch balls onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes. When the cookies are done, remove from oven. I like to press 3-4 chocolate chips gently into the center to finish them.
