Peanut Butter Granola
Easy 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Granola with mini chocolate chips makes a great breakfast treat or fun snack!
Ingredients
- 3 cups old fashioned oats can use gluten-free oats
- 1/3 cup peanut butter creamy
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and a Silpat baking mat and set aside.
- Place the oats in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, combine the peanut butter and honey. Heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter and honey over the oats and stir until oats are well coated. If you aren't using salted peanut butter, you can add a little salt.
- Bake granola for 25-30 minutes, stirring once, or until granola is slightly golden brown.
- Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet without stirring. When the granola is cool, stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Note-store the cooled granola in an airtight container or jar for up to 1 month.
