Peanut Butter Jelly Yogurt

Simple and easy to make with 3 ingredients, this peanut butter jelly yogurt is a perfect kid-friendly snack, or enjoy it for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole milk vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • rice cakes for serving
  • peanuts for serving
  • strawberries for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, peanut butter and strawberry jam to create swirls in the yogurt or you can even stir until no lumps remain.
  2. Enjoy the mixture on its own or spoon it on top of rice cakes, waffles or oatmeal. Top with peanuts and fresh strawberries, if desired.
