Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk eggs with brown sugar until they are well beaten. Stir in peanut butter until the mixture is perfectly creamy.
  2. Add in rolled oats, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add chocolate chips, stir until well combined.
  4. Line a baking sheet. Scoop cookies about 1.5 tablespoon in size. Shape them with a spoon on the baking sheet, flattening the top lightly.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let them cool for a few minutes & enjoy!
