Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk eggs with brown sugar until they are well beaten. Stir in peanut butter until the mixture is perfectly creamy.
- Add in rolled oats, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Add chocolate chips, stir until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet. Scoop cookies about 1.5 tablespoon in size. Shape them with a spoon on the baking sheet, flattening the top lightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let them cool for a few minutes & enjoy!
