Peanut Dressing

Peanut Sauce has an easy, savory sauce that goes with nearly anything!

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoon minced fresh ginger or to taste
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until combined.

Notes

  • Reduce the rice wine vinegar in the recipe to create a thicker sauce or dip. 
  • Add more or less ginger and red chili flakes to adjust the spiciness of the recipe. 
  • This dressing can be kept for 2-3 days in the refrigerator when stored in a proper container.
