Ingredients
- 1 pear cored and chopped, Bartlett or Bosc, large, ripe
- 1 banana peeled and frozen, ripe
- 1 cup kale tightly packed leaves
- 1/2 avocado peeled, ripe
- 1 teaspoons ginger peeled and grated, fresh
- 3 ice cubes
- 3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1/2 cup PLAIN yogurt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
