Ingredients

  • 1 pear cored and chopped, Bartlett or Bosc, large, ripe
  • 1 banana peeled and frozen, ripe
  • 1 cup kale tightly packed leaves
  • 1/2 avocado peeled, ripe
  • 1 teaspoons ginger peeled and grated, fresh
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup PLAIN yogurt
