Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp butter for greasing your baking dishes
- 1 teaspoon sugar for dusting the baking dishes
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 vanilla bean seeds or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Notes
- Double or triple this batch of blueberry pear clafoutis for a larger company and bake it in one large dish for convenience, or make a tiny batch and enjoy it right away!
- Feel free to swap pears for apples or apricots and season the custard with cinnamon, lemon zest or nutmeg.
- Clafoutis is best eaten the day it's made but the custard can theoretically be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
