Ingredients

  • 2 pears peeled, cored and chopped, medium sized
  • 50 ml maple syrup 1.7 oz
  • 100 gms dark chocolate melted, 3.5 oz
  • 15 to hazelnut crushed, toasted (assumed typo

Notes

  • If you want to fully prepare the mousse ahead of time, use Nutella or chocolate sauce instead of melted chocolate (which hardens again if kept in the fridge).
