Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk plain
  • 1 cup kale fresh, washed and trimmed
  • 1 pear cut into four pieces
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 3 pieces ice

Notes
